Grave Creek to Foster Bar permit

The annula lottery occurs December 1 through January 31, in addition cancelled permits are given out over the phone.  The BLM puts a list of the permits available on the web http://www.blm.gov/or/resources/recreation/rogue/rogue_river.php   The river permits are assigned by person not by group, 120 people are allowed down the river each day.  If you have a party of 8 you must have 8 permits, this makes the system very user friendly

Portable toilets and fire pans are required.
