This is a BLM managed launch site and requires a fee.  Get there by finding a dirt road from Highway 24 that heads east around the 200 mile marker.  Turn left on a dirt road between the railroad tracks and the river.  Don't cross the bridge.  Follow the dirt road until you reach the numbers put-in parking lot.
