We had the opportunity to run the river twice today. I would say when the water is flowing at this level you may get into almost class III rapids. The wave trains were excellent and a lot of fun. The water was moving faster than what we had experience before so trip times were reduced. The water is super cold so a stout paddling jacket is a necessity.

Discharge from Deer Creek cut back due to recent rain, so the river was running a little lower than we like it.
