4-7 on the Grand Canyon Scale.  III to IV on the international scale.  This rapid can be run left or right.  Decide from the scout.  This rapid is also become famous as it is thought that Glen and Bessie Hyde met their demise in 1928 in this rapid.  The name killer fangs comes from 2 large rocks at the bottom of the rapid that stick out of the river like fangs.
